I know it's different depending on what state you're in but I'd still like to know what you did to prepare, what subjects you had and how they were presented (multiple choice, essay, calculator etc)?

The new ged test is supposed to be more difficult. You need to check out the newer books to prepare.

I took a GED back in 1996, nearly 20 years ago. Failed the first time, but passed the second time I took it about a month later. Pretty basic stuff like basic algebra, basic english, probably some simple social studies stuff, etc. It's a very simple test to pass.
