What's the best way to learn MS Project? How can I get the software easily? Are there any free trials? And.. in your opinion, is it difficult to learn? thanks!
I have been working with MS Project for the last 5 years, and I consider myself an expert.
I have learned most from just on the job playing with the tool. I used to build mini schedules and then change different variables ie durations, links, resources, task type settings and watching how the tool would recalculate things. When I didn't understand the calculations that were occuring I would either search in the applications "Help" or I would google my question online.
Good luck to you with Project, it is a powerful tool and having the skills to use it has opened up a world of opportunities for me.
