Well I just retired from the army. I originally planned to stay here for a few years and finish school. Without going into details I've decided to put my house up for sale (seeing a realtor tomorrow) and move back home to D/FW at the end of the month. Don't need to be bilingual to get a good job there and I'm enrolling in TCU. My house is in the far east Tierras, I bought it new in June '09 and currently owe a couple thousand less than what I bought it for. I did read that home values have increased slightly over the last year and I've done some landscaping, I had the backyard sodded. Don't want to make a profit, just want out of it and don't want to pay any money. May have to add realtor fees into the price. Yeah, I know lol. Any thoughts on how easy it will be to sell? No I will not rent it.

From what I understand, right now it is very easy to rent, but not so easy to sell. That is just from conversations I have had.
