It would be a relevant question, though, if it were 1848 or 1916. And, the question lacks any factual or political context, like who started the war, and why? Was one country sponsoring terrorist acts against the other? Did the two countries disagree on a boundary dispute? Did a BP officer look at the guv of Chihuahua cross-eyed? Lone: you gotta put more thought into this, buddy, don't just shoot from the hip based on something you saw on Fox.
