Does anyone have any first hand info on this place good or bad? It's on Montana somewhere close to Zaragosa. Have you ever adopted from there or had your pet examined by their vet?

This is a great organization. I have adopted one dog from them. I drop off dog food, newspaper, and money whenever I can. They run a very nice shelter in far east El Paso off Montana. What questions did you have?

They sure don't take animals like they say they do.. I had some kittens for them and they turned me away.. Found them in a box in a Home Depot Parking lot. Like to find the BLEEPHole who left them there.

I think any of the animal rescues including the Humane Society are great. People here abandon some pretty good dogs, it's amazing how many pure breeds you can find along with very nice dogs of mixed breeds. They try to get you the kind of dog that will be a good fit.

I've been looking for an organization which I could contribute either time or money and someone suggested this place as a good candidate so I figured I'd ask all of you for an opinion. Thanks for the input.

I adopted my four legged friend from there. I've got nothing but good things to say. They are friendly people and take care of their animals.

My dog had a very minor problem soon after adoption but Gurdian Angel stuck to their word. They said they would offer medication, vet service for 1st month or so and they delivered. My dog probably would've been OK with or without the help, but it was nice to know they were ready to assist.

As for my dog, he's become a very reliable friend.

to reply to Muhnay's statement we did not take in any cats or kittens at all for years which was handled by another woman who got no financial assistance = our vp is violently allergic to cats. Cats give birth and as they nurse come into heat again and breed soon after giving birth to litter after litter we have never said we could take in all animals or all types we do what we can with money we supply out of our own savings and a few donations. Where ever you left the cats that's who discarded them or you discarded them yourself it is better to die with bottled gas or a needle prick than starve, be torn apart by wild dogs or rocked to death by neighbor kids. Where are your solutions????
