There are short-comings, that's for sure. But I STILL can not get over how gorgeous the weather is here almost every.single.darn.day. The weather is about as perfect as one could ask for. It's just amazing to me and offsets a whole lot of other not so great stuff about El Paso.

There really aren't many places I can think of that have better weather overall. It would be very difficult to leave the mountain, the desert and the sun here. Weather beats out a lot of other factors for me.

Every time I think of when we are going to leave El Paso, I think about weather first....I don't like humidity, tornados, heavy snow, frigid cold, etc. In terms of weather, the SF Bay Area is the only place I like, but we can't afford to go back. I don't know if we will be staying here, that is more dictated by career, but except for monsoon season and wind, I can't compare any other region to El Paso for great weather. Even my daughter remarked how much she liked seeing the Franklins in the late PM on a sunny day.
