We are moving to the El Paso area in June and I have scoured Craigslist for rentals. Where else can I find listings?
I was hoping to get my (not happy about the move) freshman son into Chapin or Franklin. What areas do these schools serve?
We're looking to rent a three bedroom with at least 1500 square feet house, not apartment. We have a budget to spend about $1000, is that realistic for this area? Do homes there have refridgerated air or swamp?

benchmarkrealty-elpaso.com & rentalnetworkep.com are local management companies for rental homes

You could also try the El Paso Times classifieds:

Default Franklin

Franklin serves the far west side. Chapin is NE. Most homes have swamp coolers.

$1000 is realistic. I would also check property management companies to see what they have for rentals.

Go to realtor.com and click on the rent button instead of the buy button and put in your criteria. Many of the management companies also list their homes here (this include rentalnetwork). Very comprehensive source.
