The people of Arizona were won over by his sudden conversion to the conservative ranks. Another 6 years of this d--k! Come on people why can't you see through this BS?

McCain has pretty much always had a conservative voting record, and has gone to the ranks of uber conservative over the past few years.

Aside from that Hayworth has had a little problem with corruption. Hayworth got his ass kicked out of Congress by the voters in 06 mostly due to his Abramoff ties.

Maybe they want McCain to be the next Strom Thurmond. They'll continue electing him, even when he's 100 years old.

Who's Hayworth? I know McCain beat Deakin, but I'm interested to know who this JD guy was. Does he hail from that Tennessee whiskey empire?
