With all of the polling data that is coming out do you think that the Republicans will win the House & Senate, just the House or neither. What are your thoughts and why?

Nate Silver gives the GOP a 75% chance of winning the House, but only a 17% chance of taking the Senate. Make of it what you will, but Nate is almost always right..

I never thought they would win the Senate and neither did any credible analyst, like Nate Silver, Cook, Rothenburg.

The House I expect they will take.

When you have over about 110 seats in play, and more coming into play everyday, about 100 of them belonging to democrats, it's hard to come to any other conclusion.

We have had enough of Republicanism in all its many hideous forms and rebrandings. Republican Party has tried this since Nixon, and they end up screwing the American people every time I have more faith in the American people that we will show up at the polls rather than put up with same GOP trickle down voodoo economics of tax cuts for the wealthiest and de-regulation for corporations.

You must live in LaLa land if you think the Republicans arent going to desimate the Dems in a couple of weeks.

I dont know if the Republicans take the Senate but stranger things have happened like a zero experience community organizer being elected to the POTUS.

aspiesmom could end up being proven right. There is still currently a 1 in 4 chance the Democrats could keep the House. It all depends on their GOTV effort.

Unfortunately, the economy and history is not on their side..

No in the Senate--the question is the house, and how close it will be. My prediction--if the R's take the House they'll have a 10-15 vote majority at best. Lots can happen in two weeks.

Don't forget the MAIN reason - obama's leftist agenda - that is what has people so angry.

If they do, it will be a repeat of Watergate Scandal, only bigger.
