If you are not a Republican Voter there is no need for you to vote or even respond. It is getting closer, things are starting to warm up, some have said they will not, others have said they will, most will have to announce before May I think......So at this point who would you vote for, I am also interested in who you would absolutely not vote for. Who would you like for veep, whats your favorite ticket. Again........... Libs, no need for your comments on this thread.

Hi Silas, Newt is definitely the best man for the job. But I also look at electability in the general election.

It is obviously way to early and we have to see what shakes out. But I would not be above voting for the candidate that I think has the best chance of beating Barack. But at this point Newt is the man!

Another negative for Newt is that he would be closing in on 70 in 2012. The left-wingers will use the "Not Another Old White Guy" song-n-dance if he is in the general.

booya, Yeah , I understand all that , not to mention the left will come after Gingrich big time on his marriage baggage, but with the state our country is in right now I have to go with the guy who is best suited to basically save our nation. Newt is brilliant and can you imagine the debate between him and obama.....he would have barrack curled up in a fetal position babbling incoherently.
