oh Smash, sure they played a huge part in this...Yes, she wasn't properly prepared to be on the ticket, she was too niave and had spent her entire life removed from the real world even though she was the governor, but the media did everything they could to distroy her, when the campaign was over and she started to gain popularity they did everything they could to distroy her.
Which is precisely why the thought of Trump, Palin, Bachman and Paul is so fascinating. It will be a race to see which one of them can do their own party the most harm.
No, it will probably be the race to see who the main stream media will try and destroy first..Oh, BTW, Palin is pretty much a hasbeen now, Trump might very well not run, and Paul isn't going anywhere, so you can pretty much forget the above names you are mentioning. It is still too soon to even guess who will really be in the thiick of things in 6 to 9 months.

Wee, Palin is the one who decided to make every move she made the media's business, she is the one who opened her mouth at every single possible opportunity. Fact of the matter is the media would have had nothing to go after Palin for if she didn't chase the media at every possible opportunity. As far as the stuff with Levi, it likely would have disappeared if Palin didn't keep it going by blasting back at an 18/19 year old. To top it off it was Palin that introduced Levi to the public and to the media in the first place.

Keep in mind Palin herself engaged in a long back and forth with this kid, I doubt it would be getting the coverage it did if she didn't do that.
The press wasn't out to get Palin from day one, or any day. What did the press do from early on that was out to get her? Ask hard hitting questions like what newspapers do you read?? Please, this was all on Palin, she is the one who made a bunch of stupid, she is the one who searched out the cameras at every single opportunity. The only thing you could really fault the media for is not telling Palin to get lost when she searched out the cameras and the spotlight.
