I am not a supporter of his, he is a recovering drug attict due to prescribed pain medication (at least not illegal drugs) and as for being a racist, that I can not comment on as I rarely pay any attention to him. I do know he isn't a hypocrite like Michael Moore, who puts down people in high income brackets while he get rich off his books that are full of lies and swists.

Instead of asking moderates and independent-thinkers to leave the GOP, people like Rush should just splinter off and form the authoritarian hard-right party they want. They could name it something strong-sounding like "National Might", or "Stormfront" or something like that.
