A happy ending to the photo would have been if the old guy standing up would have lost his balance and fell on Limbaughs arm and thus ramming his nose picking finger thru his naval cavity giving him a brain injury.

You're ten years too late, my boy. Everyone knows by now that "wing nut" mean right-wing Republican nutcase. You don't even have to give a label of Right wing nut. Other equivalent are "nut case", "nut job", "crony", "the crazies"; all mean the same as "wing nut."
