I could vote for Newt but I'll write in Ron Paul if Santorum somehow wins.

How about Ron Paul wins.

Why do you even think Santorum and Gingrich has a chance against Obama.

If Santorum or Gingrich is happened to the be the nominee, they will make McCain 2008 look good.

The only sane way that happens is if Newtered or Frothy have more delegates than Willard and Dr Paul. If you go into a brokered convention and fail to give the nomination to the candidate with the most delegates, then the GOP will have effectively proclaimed themselves an enemy to their own democratic process. If they do that, they will get beat as badly as George McGovern did and lose both houses of Congress by huge margins.

Beyond that, the question wasn't addressed to me since I'm not a Romney supporter. But I think I'd be willing to vote for Frothy -- followed by copious amounts of vomiting. Newtered? ... I just can't do it. I'll either write in Ron Paul or vote Libertarian.

Romney supporters will get behind anybody. That's clear.

^Sorry, not so.

I refuse to vote for Santorum. Gingrich would be a 'hold-my-nose and drink before heading to the polls' vote. But, being in MA, it makes little difference I guess.

This is sopretty far beyond the realm of possibility that i dont expect to ever be in this situation. That being said I would vote for them if this somehow happened. It sounds ro me like there's a lot more Romney supporters reluctant to get behind tbe eventual nominee than Santorum or Gingrich supporters, and I expect this thread to bear that out. So much for the popular belief that Romney is the weak one who can't win.

There is no way that Santorum or Gingrich will get the nomination. No chance. No way. Never going to happen. Not in 2012. My apology for being blunt, if you're one of their supporters.

The Republican power brokers have already decided that Romney is the guy. That's it. Nothing else matters. Silly primary voters, you think you get to decide? Think again.

Gingrich or Santorum win = me out of this country

I'm a Paul supporter, though I would vote for Romney if it came down to it. The other two... no.

No. Out of the four remaining in the race, I will only vote for Romney or Ron Paul.

Ron Paul's foreign policy views scare me, but I really like pretty much everything else about him (though his age also scares me). Santorum's foreign policy views scare me as do his views about separation of church and state. Newt scares me because he seems too impulsive, has terrible moral character, and seems to only care about himself. Newt's comments about wanting to arrest judges over court decisions also scare me.

If either Newt or Santorum somehow manage to get the nomination, I will probably not vote at all. I will not vote for Obama and I'm not going to vote third party and throw away my vote. There's a chance I might hold my nose and vote for Newt or Santorum, but it's far from certain.
