This may be do to his daughter's health slipping and he won't have time to campaign in PA where it is critical for him. He is making the right decision to spend time with his daughter then run a long shot at being President and will possibly make him a future candidate (even though I really dislike his views).

I think that sick baby needs her parents more than the country needs Santorum.

I've often wondered how both of the Santorums could spend so much time campaigning with a baby so sick.

I wonder how much of his decision was based on the fact Bella was just in the hospital.
