This is akin to right-wing mailings to voters sending them to the wrong polling place, or telling petition signers via robocall that they need not vote in the Wisconsin recall. Fact is repubs cannot win without cheating or misleading voters.
That is your belief, where you are saying that people who believe it is rampant are lying - you are calling Turzai, not wrong, but a liar. You are accusing him of lying about his motives. If you can read his mind that is fine. Seems like you are Glenn Beck to me, taking Obama's words out of context, except with republicans.

You cannot keep legit voters from voting. Not even these voter ID laws will do that. If you want to vote, go vote.

Since the days before electronic voting, there have been people voting that should not be voting. The more they get away with it, the more join the ranks.

Voting fraud, has elected more crooks, than people even realize.
Have you noticed how it is all a buddy system, compromised of collective groups?

Its interesting that the vast majority of states the enacted voter ID laws are the swing states from 2008. Regardless of the source website. The Repub in Pennsylvania said voter ID was all about Romney winning. Its been all over the news and the guy was recorded saying it. The plan is to suppress the minority and low income vote. Whether you are democrat or republican you have to recognize that's just flat out wrong.

did you really need an article to tell you that? Republicans are doing what they do best, hating on the poor and minorities. Actually, i'll give them more credit than that, what they do best is making sure the rich get richer. The next best thing they do is hating on the poor and minorities.

Yeah, they're basically voter suppression strategies and "new, improved" versions of Jim Crow laws.

Hey, anyone who doesn't wanna vote for 'ya, obviously doesn't "deserve to vote"...!!

You got it right, repugs are lying. They can't win without misleading lower-economic-class Americans, and they know it.
You are saying because I can't prove someone is lying, I must believe what they say? Sure, great idea! When I'm buying a used car I always believe what the salesman tells me, since I can't "read his mind" like you say - but there is a track record I know about.

For instance Issa is refusing to subpoena Republican Bush-era gun-trafficking participants in his Holder "investigation". And this "investigation" comes about just as Holder is starting to look at the voter-suppression allegations. Of course I believe this is just about the "good" of the American people. Right.
Republicans have smugly admitted what their aims are.
They are desperate just before election time and will do anything they can to damage the country, believing that through their corporate-owned media they can blame Obama.
BTW how about those gas prices which Obama was being blamed for? Haven't heard much about them recently from right-wing media.

So you are fine with Glenn Beck saying that Obama is planning on making a civilian army that rivals the military? Same kind of BS nonsense with the same kind of 'evidence'. Or are you only fine with out of context manure when it comes from your bull?

P.S. The solid majority of Americans want photo ID to vote. And it surprising that you approve of a blatant distortion.

Glenn Beck is just a frivolous media figure - a wannabe wealthy evangelist, a P.T. Barnum (same with Limbaugh). Because many people think he is relevant and making him rich just proves the quip about "suckers". Yet you view him as relevant? His audience is just big enough to keep him employed.
I am not against photo I.D.s but the point under discussion is that, immediately before an election which repugs want to win, their hope is that a larger number of legitimate votes, along with a few errors or glitches, will be lost. They hope that many sick and elderly will not respond in time.
