I'm baffled at the strategy the establishment backed Romney camp, has used to unite the Republican party, with the Tea Party support Ron Paul has.

There has been more push than pull.

At this point with Ron Paul supporters out right taking over State Republican Conventions, how does the Establishment, gather up the very people they despise?
Think about it???

Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are very opposite.
One is an admitted Progressive Republican, while the other is a proven Conservative Constitutionalists.
One is more like Barack Obama, than the other.
One is for Kings rule by force and the Police State, while the other for people to govern themselves and to set an example.
One is for Social Engineered society and one is for individual rights.
One is for big global banking and one is for sound money.

I mean total opposite... Progressive Globalist backed by the banking establishment v. Conservative Constitutional Patriot.

How in the world does either side think they can unite at the RNC in Tampa?

Romney could endorse Ron Paul as the nominee in Tampa.

This is either going to be a gift to Obama and the USSA, or it will be the end of the establishment running our lives for us.

He can't. Only the really stupid ones will be persuaded to vote for the Mormon. Of course, if you think about it that applies to the electorate in general. Only the really rich or really stupid ones will vote for the Mormon.

What's funny is three months ago, I read a lot of message boards where the wingnuts were saying they'd stay home before they voted for a Mormon, and now they're carrying on as if ol' Willard is the Great White Hope.

It's going to be fun to watch them writhe in pain on Nov. 3. Personally, after imbibing $1000 cognac, I will take the opportunity to point at laugh at each and every one of them. After I sh*t in their shoes.
