So you listen to some blogger about IRS code, and not the IRS website? yeah, thats objecting.. haha.. Tell me when charges are going to be filed for tax fraud, until then, your blogger doesnt know what the hell he's talking about since I linked to the IRS website showing he's wrong.

the IRS audits every return where the income is over a certain amount, and romney certainly qualifies. these audits are done every year, along with other returns that are flagged by the computer. if something in those returns shows issues, then the IRS calls the person in for a face to face audit where that person has to bring in their receipts and other documentation supporting their returns.
if he stays on his economic message, he will pound obama into the ground because obama has nothing to run on.

The IRS doesn't audit every return and you know it. Show me a link where they say that the audit every one that makes so much money and above.

its not from the IRS itself, but rather former IRS auditors telling how to avoid audits. granted the IRS receives millions of returns every year, and only about 1% of so are flagged for audit. but you can bet that if you make over a certain amount of money, they will flag your return for further checking, and if they find something they dont like, then they will call you in for a face to face audit.

Sorry but couldn't rep you again so soon but that is the reason why he won't release his returns. It may fly with the extreme right wingers but isn't going to work for the moderate repubs or the independents IMO.
