Not if you don't like any of the candidates.

If someone with syphilis offers you sex, and someone with gonorrhea offers you sex; it seems quite reasonable to turn both of them down on the offer.

American politics is no different. The "lesser of two evils" argument can only bring evil. As for third party candidates, the US political system is designed quite specifically to render them irrelevant. This leaves two overtly capitalist political parties, both of which are controlled by the same minute percentage of the population.

After the election, just remember to pick up the antibiotics.

Even if you don't feel strongly about one of the "other" candidates, its still a good idea to vote for them. The way I see it, the more "other" votes the D and R parties see, the more nervous they can and will get...and hopefully they change their tone/actions some to bring back those outliers.

They're only evil if you choose to see them that way. The vast majority of politicians are trying to make a positive difference in people's lives.

To not vote is to abdicate the most basic of civic responsibilities.
