A political party is SUPPOSED to come out of a convention united, and focused on winning the election. Right now I don't see that with the Republican Party.

The GOP is toast. Most just made an exodus to the Libertarian Party and Gary Johnson after today's debacle. The RNC just gave the election to Obama.

The Dems are going to have a speaker that during the last election said that Palin was a stronger candidate than Obama and another that is an accused serial rapist.

They have their own problems to worry about.

I wish there was a way to find out how many were going to write in Ron Paul or vote for Gary Johnson and whoever is the smallest group would just decide to instead vote for the other candidate since they essentially represent the same things. Unfortunately not all states allow writing in candidates. If they did I would suggest everyone write in Ron Paul and I'm sure Gary Johnson would go along with that.

Studies show that 60% of people end up voting for the lesser of two evils. Well if those 60% really wanted to vote to restore FREEDOM to AMERICA and voted their Conscience as Sen Jim DeMint says they should, Ron Paul would probably be our next president and we could FINALLY get our country BACK ON TRACK for a refreshing change.

Forget it. It's either 3rd party for Ron Paul or full on Revolution if there's going to be any real change.

No, GJ would not go along with that, nor would us Libertarians.
Better idea - any who were considering writing in RP's name, should vote the Libertarian Party/Gary Johnson

That's not what the latest polls are showing. I would also forewarn you that Obama campaign blew most of their campaigning cash over the summer while the Romney campaign is just getting started!

Haha! Good luck!

By the way the convention is not over yet! We'll see what Rand Paul has to say tomorrow.

You do realize that a vote for Gary Johnson or Paul is a vote for Obama don't you?

Sorry to say I think the game is far too rigged. Unless enough stop putting up with it, forget it. They are saying things like RP didn't hand over his delegates, which is absurd, because it is impossible. NM the Romney camp has no integrity at all. No 3rd party is getting it in this totally owned game. The parties are owned, the whole process. So any voting you do will be manipulated. They have been trying to kill caucuses and now they are even talking about killing conventions. People are considered simply part of the facade.
