Romney heads to New Orleans to view Isaac damage - U.S. News

Shouldn't it be expected that the Gov would invite the Potus who is in the position to actually offer financial help to the ppl that have suffered from the devastation? Must every action be political? What's Mitt going to do. Call up the Koch Bros?

Pretty presumptuous for Romney to be acting like he's President already.

Last I checked Louisiana wasn't in play. If the President needed an invite to go to places, he wouldn't have ever been to Arizona.

Jindal is hoping Romney can get some Adelson money to pay for berms to help protect NOLA from the "phony rising sea level" claims of the silly science people.

That's why I'm assuming he's already acting like he's president. It's not like the area's still going to be flooded in January.

Jindal had it handled before the hurricane came into the gulf. What does he need Obama for?
Faster response from the State and local communities, instead of having to wait for the fed.
And it will all be at less cost.

If I had the funds, I would like to be there now, helping out those that need to get their homes back in order.

Bobby just remembers how the President was more
of an impediment than a help during the oil spill.
