Factchecker: Romney’s ’12 million jobs’ promise

According to Moodys and Macroeconomic Advisers, over 12 million new jobs would happen in the next 4 years no matter who wins the Presidency. But to romneys minions, I guess that it must sound good.

I think CBO estimate 14-15 mil. What is in Romney's plan, wherever that is, that cuts the CBO estimate down by a few mil?
