Last night Phil Ponce from the local Public Television station in Chicago interviewed Rahm during the convention.

Phil laid right into Rahm, asked him why he was in Charlotte when the teachers are about to go on strike, also brought up the spike in murders. Rahm squealed like a pig, you could tell he was every uncomfortable. He told Phil, "Come on Phil". Phil didn't let up, I loved it. That's journalism

I was surprised since every right winger tells me that PBS is a state controlled Communist television (sarcasm)

Neither the driver nor any of the students on the bus at the time were injured, police said.
And if you go back to my first posts, I do think this move was a bad political move for Rahm, not Obama. Rahm should of skipped the DNC and shouldn't of sent police down to help, though the sending off duty police to help doesn't bother me, I just think it was a bad political move for him.

But he was also elected in 2011, so he has some time to try and control the crime problem in the Southside.
