It'll be a wide open field for the Dems but Romney's re-election will probably be inevitable. I guess it'll be a good practice run for 2020.

I hope to God that O'Malley is the Democrats nominee in 2016. If that comes at the end of Obama's second turn that would virtually guarantee a GOP president, and if it comes for Romney's re-election then it guarantees Romney's re-election. O'Malley has relatively mediocre to modest approval ratings in a deep blue state and is responsible for the state's largest tax hike in history (followed by more taxes after that).

If the piece of garbage community organizer from Chicago somehow finds a way for his union thugs to stuff enough ballot boxes to pull it off in 2012 I suspect that Chris Christie will win in a landslide in 2016.

Yep.....people who don't know O'Malley don't know what they're asking for. O'Malley is an unmitigated disaster. His record would be an albatross.

It is looking more and more like Hillary will choose O'Malley as a running mate in 2016.

Since the GOP has failed to put forth someone who can excite the African-American and Latino voter the dems are a lock to win the Electoral College.

That means Hillary can pick a running mate who most closely matches her views on taxation.

O'Malley is that guy.

Doesn't take much to much such an obvious call.

so you called Obama right, that makes you pretty good at predictions. As for O'Malley, this is something that many have been saying for over a year.

clb; are you trying to say, the election will be controlled by African Americans? I think you need to really get your head out of the sand. As for Hispanics, there are candidates that could win many of them over. I don't think you realize how many good, possible, young new faces the Republicans have to offer. Who will get the bid is anyone's guess.
