They're talking past each other, apples and oranges.

Romney didn't say he wouldn't be everybody's president, he said he wasn't going to worry about (wasting his time and money) campaigning for everybody's votes.

Getting elected is about putting the right campaign resources in the right places at the right times. That's entirely different from what you do after you're elected.

Haters gonna hate.

Opinions like this are part of what's wrong with the country. Even George W. Bush was my president, even though I thought he was the most incompetent one since at least WWII.

I think Obama's right on this. The president is "The President of the United States" not "President of the people who voted for me."

God help this country if we ever elect a person who thinks otherwise.

I had the chance to visit a Republican Campaign Headquarters office near here, after the RNC, and overheard a couple of the people there comment that Romney's "middle-class" is the income between $125K and $250K a year. He doesn't have the time of day for anyone that makes less than $125K a year. Now, I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like he does not have the time of day for the majority of Americans.

On the other hand, Obama's agenda seems to run a pretty close parallel to what Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground stood for back in the '70s when they were making bombs and blowing things up. They knew each other in Chicago... Coincidence?

We already have multiple times. The last time was in 2008. You may not think so if you are one of the people that fit the demographic of the people who voted for him.
