No. Judging on how well he's doing in this campaign, he'll run again in 16, and more than likely win, unless things have turned around in a big way.

Of course if he somehow loses, he will leave, he will be 69 in 2016 which is the age for relaxing. I know he won't lose because let me make this one clear statement: Do you want a president who will solve our economic problems who I trust given his solid economic record or a president who was a lawyer before coming into politics who talks and talks and talks and doesn't do half of his promises and attacks his opponent more than telling people what he will do. The choice is yours America to make.
