how exactly are college transcripts ( or tax returns ) "pertinent records" for the requirements of POTUS ( 35,14,NBC )?

why do you believe this would be any different than obama releasing his birth certificate? the COLB was released in june 2009 yet the claims persist that he hasn't released one.
