Same here. It was 4 pages. 11 Amendments. I don't know why I keep hearing about the 10 page ballot, but it could be that long in other counties.

I agree. I once posted on the Florida forum that people really need to sit down and read every amendment so they know what they're voting for and what they really mean. Maybe some people only vote for candidates and don't bother voting on the amendments?

Here in Houston Tx it is a 11 or 12 pages ballot you have to vote for like 15 judges & like 8 bonds

I guess these huge ballots and line ups will benefit the Democrats as evidently according to one of the candidates we're used to standing around in lines waiting for government processes to happen.

On a side note how long does it take to fill out 10 pages of ballot?

I'm in and out of my polling center here in 15 minutes, tops. I am in a metropolitan location.

WTH is going in FL????

Clearly, everyone who wants to vote will not be able to.

Can anyone explain FL's legitimate reason for a 10-page ballot?
Many useless amendments of which none put forth with any Dem support, all of the verbiage of those accounts for long ballot and, most importantly, much longer time spent in voting booth. Couple that with long lines and reduced hours and dropped days mandated by Gov Scott, you get a certain group of "3/5" persons being turned away and not allowed to vote.

Hopefully they tossed both of yours.

Florida has voters ID and computerized ballots. It will be very accurate, except for the military that got purged from the registrations.

The ballot is simple. Just vote yes on all the amendments and vote for everyone on the republican ticket.

Are all elections for all state and local office up this year or are you voting on a lot of proposition type things and they are wordy?

11 Amendments and attempts to throw out 3 moderate SC Justices, plus the local races ... if one were to read the documents available while in the voting booth ... a lot of time and, as intended, long lines followed by people being turned away.
