As I've posted linked facts supporting my assertions, readers can only conclude that you're long on uninformed opinion, and short on actual facts.

Your words:

Actually, in many cases, that's exactly what it means. Review the tax progressivity chart for ALL taxes, again, and note where the U.K. and other European countries are.

Exactly. Let's take a look...

The U.S. doesn't have a national sales tax or VAT, and therefore our tax system isn't regressive like European countries, even when all forms of taxes, local, state, and federal, are combined and included in the analysis:

Given the facts, compare the following...

U.S. Total Effective Tax Rates

Bottom 20%: 13%
Top 20%: 43%

U.K. Total Effective Tax Rates

Bottom 20%: 38%
Top 20%: 35%

See the difference?

No you didn't. All you've done is been disingenuous.

You won't address the facts or the charts which prove you wrong. Instead you are trying so hard too be right you've forgotten it's about the truth.

fact the lower and middle classes in Europe are hit harder with taxes than those in America.

Plus you said you were done with this yet continue to post. Why believe you? You haven't gotten much right in this thread.

Yes, I posted the total effective tax rates for the top and bottom 20% of both the U.S. and the U.K.:

Though I consider Atlas Shrugged literary torture I'm happy that 500k is being spent for Brat to advocate freedom as opposed to the entire Dept of Education spending 107.6 billion to teach Communism (aka progressivism").
