Pledged to add all those jobs and failed miserably short. Politicians should be held accountable when they write checks with their mouths. Not a stretch to say every state has recovered in the last 5 years. But by how much and is it good enough?
That said, were many of his policies not enacted by the state which is why the jobs created number is down?

Is this really a standard to which you would want every politician judged by? The liberal community would find themselves also on a significant failing end as well.

Spoke to some of my favorite Pittsburgh liberals over the last weekend. They agree that Corbett has been a disaster to their cause and plan to vote him out. BUT, they expressed disgust at having Wolf shoved down their throats by the party, because the feel Wolf is an outright crook and are very distressed at that choice. Wolf has campaigned on an aspect of education reform that was a disaster 30 years ago in California. Now if a few liberals would rather have Wolf in office over Corbett under their assessment of Wolf, why would a similar attitude benefiting Walker in WI be a surprise.

I know of so few voters from either party who feel the Dems have advanced the economy as well as the GOP would have over especially the last 3 years, will they vote accordingly in November, probably not.

Default The Real Problem

Believe it not a "budget is a guide" I would have some project being under than way above. There is always issue that come up that is unforeseen.

Of course if this1.8 short fall was due to a spike in spending a department (s) which can be expected if in any big budget.

I applaud Gov. Walker on trying to spend less and the leg. branch of Wi.

Dem who cry out in the night on budget really do not understand the complexity of a large budget. The Short may not be YOY as I said, but if is a true expense it will be calculated into the next fico budget.

For the budget impaired!

Can see on this website how Walker's Wisconsin consistently fell behind the other states for job creation.

Quote:
As of August 2014, he is short of the goal and Wisconsin lags other Midwest states and the U.S. in the average percent change in jobs. Uses latest available numbers. Data updated September 19, 2014.

Wisconsin, has never been a powerhouse in GDP.

With any correction from government involvement, there is always pain before massive prosperity.
The 1921 experiment worked and worked well.
Busted unions, lowered taxes and reduced the size of government by 1/3

He's had a Republican controlled state senate and assembly for basically his entire term.

The same people whining about Walker's job creation numbers give King Obama a free pass on everything. Wisconsin liberals really are the most deranged, hateful unhinged creatures you'll ever encounter.

He has turned many Hot ticket items around for the better. Its the greedy unions who continue the attack on Gov. Walker. The problem is the union wants what they want with out consideration to the bigger picture.

He has reduced the size of the state government footprint in Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin congress, along with Walker, have decided that it would be best if the individual had a choice, instead of the State making that choice for all the people of the State.
