What the low informed voter voted from Rmoney last presidental election the smart voter did not want another right wing nut job who would keep the war going and who was not a mega flip flopper
So moonbats put a flip flopping irresponsible chronic liar in office. Worse, it was all based on the color of his skin. That's solid logic eh?
and we have seen three friends who have had serious and costly changes to the retirement company health plans affected by ACA. Talk to the doctors and medical field, see how they like it. Our granddaughter is a nurse practitioner. She feels sorry for those who were sucked into thinking the were getting something they didn't get.
Is ACA the beginning of a national health insurance plan and will it continue? yes, probably, but with a lot of tweaking, As it stands now, it is a disaster. We have seen the cost increase on our medicare supplement and the increase on our out of the pocket expenses. I will be facing knee surgery next year. We just got the booklet listing costs for medical next year; wow. I am so sorry I didn't opt for the knew replacement this year. ACA isn't making most Americans that understand it very happy.
I am sure you are old enough and smart enough to know that the costs have been rising for many years. This didn't just happen with ACA.
And BTW, I am glad of my suspected results: I think the GOP will take controi of the senate, but I want the results close enough that they feel they are on probation with their control.

actually we have been on medicare over 10 years and no. until this year, our out of pocket expenses and premiums have risen very little. Also what procedures medicare will cover has changed in the past year. Am I claiming our out of pocket costs have not increased at all in over 10 years? Of course not but nothing like this year or next. It has only been this year that we have seen retired friends having being told my the company they worked for so many years: sorry, you have to find new insurance, the premiums are too high with your old plan for us to pay any longer.
The current predicted results of my pronostocator site:
+8 Senate (assumes KS goes I and caucuses GOP)
+6 House
And FWIW, I think THAT is optimistic
By your definition no, it will not be anywhere near a landslide I am sure we all have different guide lines to describe landslide. I don't even think they will pick up 8 seats in the senate.

My guess is six. The bigger issue is what will the Repubs do when they control both Houses of Congress, play more political games or do so work for a change and maybe gain more support?

I think it is important for people to define what a landslide means to them before saying something will be a landslide.
