They have to know that they are begging to wind up hoist on their own petard, but they just can't help themselves.
What I find particularly interesting is that there are ZERO lefty posters who chime in to denounce the snide remarks, to say 'knock it off,' or to say 'whether Graham is gay or not is Graham's business, and his alone.' In other words, the other lefties are ok with a little homophobia when it aligns with their interests.
The effect was also in evidence a few years ago after Larry Craig was arrested in a sex police sting for allegedly moving his foot the wrong way in a public toilet. At that time I used to post on a local site here in Seattle called Blatherwatch, and I remember a left-wing poster who made his handle "Larry Craig's bathroom attendant." All the other lefty posters thought that was hilarious. Only one group of left-wingers stepped up to defend Larry Craig, and that was the ACLU. They will forever have my respect for that. Another group that stood by Larry Craig...the NRA. He remains on the NRA board of directors to this day.

No cares who you sleep with and face the facts most people of faith will never accept the Gay Life Style on a personal level. But all as Americans have the same protections under the US Constitution..

Cruz had handled the question well and said he supports all Americans. Graham may never make to the first round of this political season.
The other questions, where is the DNC Candidates? So far we got Clinton and Sanders? Where do they sand on the same issues?

Anti gay marriage is not the same as anti-gay. Hillary Clinton was anti-gay-marriage until 2013. Was she anti-gay as her official stance until 2013.
There have been many gay Republicans for many years. So the upshot: the GOP is not 'anti-gay as its official stance,' but you are evidently accepting of liberals who make homophobic slurs, as long as the target is a conservative.
