AGAIN, Ted Cruz offered amendments which were sure to be voted against in order to stop the Gang of 8 from passing.
What this proved is that the Democrats wanted Citizens/Voters and not simply legal workers to come across the borders. Deer in the headlight - they were exposed for what the Gang of 8 was really about - AMNESTY! So, apparently, for Rubio to help get in the crony capitalist workers, he made a deal with Schumer to get the voters the Dems wanted.

Just on the 1st point of the Politifact link: I listened to a Sheriff's conference in Austin, Texas who said that DACA was the most dangerous act that Obama has passed. They went on to to say that many communities have NO IDEA who is being dumped into their neighborhoods. So, yes, Ted is right to say that EVERY illegal law that Obama put into place can be rescinded on day one. Too bad Rubio is so into the GOP Establishment that he isn't brave enough to take a stand.
