9,500 people have RSVPed that they plan to attend Wednesday night's rally in Madison.

"The Vermont senator said during a conference call Tuesday that he will draw on Wisconsin’s long progressive political history during the event. Sanders says he believes the progressive movement that existed for years in Wisconsin is now spreading throughout the country."

9,500 expected at Madison rally for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders | FOX6Now.com

I do believe he's tapped into something here.

I really hope Sanders gets the nomination. I like him a lot. However, I think he'd lose in the national.

As a conservative, I respect this and applaud Bernard Sanders. He is dead wrong on so many things, but he is a principled man. I always admired Ralph Nader and I think that Sanders is cut from the same cloth.

If we are going to have a socialist nation we will be better off with a principled version along the lines of Canada, Norway, etc. Let's have a battle royale between collectivism and individual liberty in 2016: Sanders vs. Cruz.

Bernie went after Walker in Walker's own backyard!

Quote:
Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders spoke before the largest crowd drawn by any candidate in 2016 and used his platform to completely annihilate Republican Gov. Scott Walker in his own backyard.

Great turnout! Over 10,000 people gathered to hear this "longshot" candidate. Sanders told the crowd they made history by being part of the largest audience to see a 2016 candidate to date.

For reasons I've explained in prior threads, I think Sanders would be a stronger candidate than Clinton.

Impressive turnout. He is calling for a political revolution. He's looking like a more viable candidate by the day.

Great shot of the crowd:

Media will probably ignore. They want a Clinton vs Bush imperial election.

Bernie is making it interesting, the way Hillary did for Barack. I think this is good. May the best person win.

Whoever wins on the Dem side will be the next President...since the Republicans have nothing. I'm looking forward to another Dem in the WH for another 8 years.
