This from Wash Post article = '' though a Clinton source said a 2016 bid was not formally discussed.''

So, no substance regarding Clinton asking Trump ANYTHING. Just more of the 'Usual Babble' ....Sheesh.

ABC World News Tonight reported it as one of their main stories tonight. A Clinton spokesman has confirmed the conversation took place.

from the link:

"A Clinton spokesman confirmed to The Post the phone call happened in late May. In addition to the official confirmation, The Post relied on four anonymous Trump insiders and one unnamed Clinton employee, who said Clinton called Trump back after the real estate mogul had reached out to him."

Tell me, when did NBC, ABC, CBS, NYT, WaPo, LAT, NPR, etc. become unreliable sources of news? They have been respected for many, many decade for their journalistic standards, and all of sudden they aren't because the conservatives said so one day? Do these outlets conspire before reporting to put the exact same spin on the news each time?

Just because they don't agree with your view of the world doesn't make them dishonest or inaccurate.

Besides, what are the more reliable media channels? Fox News? Daily Mail? NY Post? I can assure you the words "journalistic standards" have never been uttered there.

I just find it amusing that people who put down NYT or WaPo for being biased have no qualms about watching only Fox News.

^^ This.

PBS Newshour had it that the Clinton camp is saying that Bill was returning Donald's call.
And you know if anyone asks Bill for political advice, he's jus gonna unload.

Makes total sense. Trump is friends with the Clintons. My sympathy to the faithful--but it is true.

The Clintons were invited to, and attended, Trump's third wedding (wow--he'd be the president who has had the most weddings!).

Bill Clinton recently waxed poetic about Trump, because he was so incredibly nice to them.

Clinton is one smart mother when it comes to politics.

Trump needed political advice and got it.

Go Trump!

So what? There is a world of politics between, "Hey, Donald, if you feel strongly about these issues, you should become more involved" to "Hey Donald, let's work together to get Hillary in the White House". Rich people talk to each other, politicians talk to each other. Get over it.
