I am wondering what are the chances in Hillary getting convicted over the whole e-mail scandal and even Benghazi. I personally hope she does because there is evidence that she wiped the server, had classified information sent and received, and that she has continually lied about it. But I have this fear that because she is a Clinton and the DOJ and FBI are democrat appointed, she won't be convicted. I feel that everyone treats her like she is above the law.
Any thoughts on whether or not she will get convicted?

Not going to happen. And Bush/Cheney will never be convicted for their war crimes.
The chances of Hillary being convicted are less than the low chances that she will be charged.
A better question is will she be charged - a charge (by the FBI or other agency) would end her run as surely as a conviction
If the country wakes up and elects a republican President, she will be convicted.
Oh probably not.
US Presidents have a long history of NOT going after previous Presidents and their immediate family. They tend to do exactly the opposite.
