There are those on the boards - that are in the PC mind set and have been for some time. Mention black or the fact the media doesn't mention it - you're a racist - mention latinos and immigration - you're racist. You re very closed minded to the fact that for decades - many of us have been referred to as Pollacks, wops, chincks, dagos, drunken Irish, rednecks - ect in stories and jokes - under your definition - I'd call those people racist - BUT... I'm smarter than that - I can laugh at a joke without being offended because there are drunken Irishmen - even though I am not one - my husband is a Pollack - but it only takes one of him to screw in a light bulb.
If those terms are used as a personal attack on me - I ignore that person because I just feel they're ignorant - and nothing I say is going to change their mind. Anything I say may be misconstrued and only validate their way of thinking. You move on. I don't come here and whine. My ancestors from Ireland were indentured servants. That's the only way they got over here - but any injustices they suffered - do not reflect on people in today's society - so get over it already.
This world has much bigger problems than people not being PC. Being I can understand exactly what a non PC person means - must make me pretty special or one who has not been sucked in to the latest BS.
Trump is not even a fraction of the bigot that his detractors fear or his supporters hope. Trump is a product of the eastern elite. He thinks much like they do.
Latinos are fabulous!. They love me. Women are fabulous! They love me.
This morning? Muslims are fabulous! I'm friends with many Muslims.
How can anyone believe anything this P.T. Barnum says?
As if someone gave a s... about what Trump loves and doesn't love.
Presidential candidates should talk about policy, not about what people they "love" and what people they don't love. This is not a reality show or some Twitter war. He is offending people and possibly affecting the lives of millions of people by popularizing xenophobia, bigotry and racism.
Businessmen DO normally LOVE everybody in order to make deals with them.
Shouldn't be a surprise to anybody.
In his NBC interview, Ben Carson was asked: “So do you believe that Islam is consistent with the constitution?”
“No,” he said, “I don’t, I do not.”
I think there is a radical Muslim problem all over the world, but I think Carson has gone too far with his statement.
Actually, this part of his statement is correct. The second part that Muslims can’t be president is problematic. Islam is not just a religion. It is a system of governance, controlling every aspect of life. From what you eat, to what you wear all the way down to marriage, inheritance and even death. So, if a Muslim president feels obligated to carry out the so-called Sharia, then yes there is a problem. Sharia, and by extension Islam, is NOT consistent with the Constitution. This is not even debatable. It is freely acknowledged by Islamic scholars. If a Muslim runs for president, we just have to make sure we are not electing a Caliph.
Conservatives: since you can't stand Muslims and think they are all violent extremists, please describe your disappointment with Trump and how you will now abandon his campaign in droves now that he "loves the Muslims" and is open to having them in his administration. Thank you.
you as a liberal assume that conservatives can't stand Muslims.....NO, we can't stand extreme Islamic extremists that want to kill, burn, behead, rape anybody that doesn't believe in their extreme ideology and are expanding ground..........the same people that killed 3,000 Americans in 1 day and will keep doing it until they achieve their goals.
Liberals find more offensive Conservatives who are trying to fight these extremists than the extremists themselves.

Exactly !!! And given our history of electing people that don't do what they say they will when in office a Muslim president is not a good fit.
