I found this by accident, by Cruz is using psychological profiling to run his campaign: https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...288_story.html and http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/fe...-app-for-real-

Well, I guess the more you know about people, you can use whatever it takes to appeal to them. Sad.

He will say or do whatever it takes to get votes.

Cruz is invading our privacy. Big brother Cruz is watching us. Imagine what he would do if he were president!

I can tell that you're a Trump supporter: You're taking this completely out of context.

Things like these are done through a data system referred to as GIS, or Geographic Information Systems. It's a compilation of software that measures the geographic and social trends of individuals. It's used all the time in marketing. For example, do you have a grocery store discount card? Those are nothing but ways to track what you buy and where you go in the store. Products are then rearranged and placed in spaces where people are more likely to buy them. Campaigning this way is no different.

And most, if not all campaigns use this data.

Yes, they all do it. Who isn't going to take advantage of technology in a technological age? It's a no-brainer.

The analysis shows you are generally a whiner. You will now receive cheese advertisements on your computer to go with that whine.
