Is it or is it not "free stuff"? On this point Hillary is right. Bernie is popular with college kids because he sells the idea that four-year state universities can have free tuition for all, even illegal aliens, just by taxing Wall Street investments. And this can happen because college is "free" in some European countries so small they actually have less population than some American cities.

The concept of free college education is not so radical. The AZ constitution specifically states that college education in the state should be "nearly free as possible". It was written over 100 years ago in 1912. So it seems that people of that era considered it important. More recently, though, the AZ legislature took the approach that "as possible" meant adding the clause "after giving tax breaks to wealthy contributors and businesses". In that respect, they mirror Republican thought in the US. Bernie just wants to redirect us to our societal values of a century ago.

Hillary is a snake who contradicts herself at every turn. Republicans are corrupt, but apparently not herself. Foreign policy experience is very important because we dont want to risk more years of foreign policy novices Bill and Obama???

You have no excuse to not learn what he is fighting for (he isnt promising anything). It's called to redistribute tax dollars away from corporate welfare, countless unneeded wars and deregulations and massive bailouts.

Americans pay plenty in taxes, but get crap in return. So who gets this "free stuff"? Economic royalists see the government as a mere appendage of their own affairs. As soon as investing in the American people are put on the table, so that we can grow as a people and nation, the plutocrat propaganda machine about "free stuff" starts crankin'. How dare the people demand that the government works for them. Its a disgusting state of affairs. Sadly some buy into it.

Bernie's main theme is that Washington is corrupt and the Wall Street and the banks buys off politicians......guess who is the Queen of Super Pac money? Hillary!

Bernie doesn't have to attack her directly....he made the obvious, OBVIOUS on Hillary and who has bought her with millions.

Trump will hit her hard and very direct in the fall.

Bernie is playing good cop and Trump will play the bad cop and Hillary will fall.

How can the majority of Bernie supporters support Hillary in the fall when she is the opposite of Bernie in taking money from the banks and wall street......even on FREE COLLEGE for all, another Bernie's proposals Hillary is against.....the majority will stay home in the fall especially how Bernie got a bad deal in the corrupt Democrat Primary system with the Super Delegates that is set up to make the establishment front runner win the nomination just by coming second place in primaries.

Republicans can't conceive of a campaign that doesn't involve mudslinging. Anyone who has truly listened to Sanders knows that's not what he's about.

Which is why Republicans seem to be having so much trouble understanding the politics of issues rather than the politics of name calling. But the GOP frontrunner is the poster child for the kind of politics the right understands, which is probably why he's doing so well.

Apparently, the only effective campaign in your mind is one that is waged in the mud.

He was in the race to send a message was all. The fact that people listened in droves was simply a pleasant reaction. I don't think that even he expected to do as well as he has done.

This truly is a cynical world.

Bernie has integrity and a track record.

He means what he says, and his actions fall in line.

Do we know how to trust? Especially when he's standing there in front of our faces, repeating himself over and over how he wants to help us?

If we decide trusting doesn't matter, especially those who make decisions which affect our lives fundamentally, we're really in deep do-do.

Of all the people who are running--don't you think trusting is more important than nitpicking policy (and that's what it is, unless you agree w/ the likes of the Koch brothers). Our lives/economy will not tank if Bernie is our President! Gee whiz....

To understand Bernie, you have to understand Brooklynites.

He has something to say, and come hell or high water he is going to say it.

It's a cultural thing.
