Here's my suggestion for the first step in making America great again: leak word that trump will be holding a rally at soldier field tomorrow. Have ICE deportation agents show up, along with the CPD with a list of outstanding warrants. Boom. America is better by 3pm tomorrow.
You type comments like this, and then claim you can't for the life of you figure out why people think Trump and his supporters are bigots?
So your one of those people that think it's a woman's own fault for being raped because she wore her skirt just a little too short. Nice....After all, she deserved it right?
What?
Inciting violence = victim blaming someone who is raped?
I swear, some of the posters in this board live on other worlds.
All that tough talk is going to get someone killed at a rally
Blame the victim. Free speech only happens when everyone respects each other enough to let everyone have their say. I find this display and your post disgusting. Thank you for giving us just another reason to vote the bums out and get rid of this PC nonsense.
The behavior in Chicago is just indicative of the mentality of the city....that's why the murder rate is so frigging out of control!
Ummm....Chicago's murder rate is not high, it is one of the lowest, especially for a city of its size in the country.
It has not been on any sort of "most dangerous" cities list for decades.
Just because the media focuses a lot on Chicago due to the President hailing from the Chi doesn't mean that it has a high murder rate. Murder rates in that city over the past 3 decades are the lowest they have been since the 1960s/1970s.
I'm pretty sure the division has been because of people's blind hatred for the man from the get go. The Republican party has been beating their war drum since day one. Manifest that over 7 years, and here we are.
Nope, pretty sure it's Obama's divisiveness that has created the big problem. Obama started it the ball rolling.
I'm not a Trump supporter, but do you really see mobs like this silencing free speech through the use of force & threat of violence as a "victory"? That's the type of society you desire? You are really sick in the head if so.
Threat of violence?
It was just people holding arms until people started inciting.
And yes, I want a society where me and like minded people can put a stop to an idiot running to be leader of MY country.
Because blaming Trump holding a rally as a legit reason for people to riot is the same as blaming the victim of a crime for the crime.
I don't blame Trump for holding a rally. I blame Trump for fomenting violence at his rallies, and then whining because people are getting violent. He's sure as hell is not the victim in your little misguided scenario.
Trump might be suffering from dementia, at least the early stages of it.
His inability to understand simple questions, his sometimes childlike clingy behavior and long repetitive answers--it's all there. Listening to him on Hannity, it's remarkable how incoherent he is compared to 10 years ago.
He just did the same thing on MSNBC. Kept saying over and over that the police told him to cancel it, but the police have said they said no such thing. And Trump kept repeating the same sentences over and over. He either doesn't know or won't acknowledge that the percentage of supporters was only about 40%, there were far more protesters than supporters at the Chicago venue.

These protests are also part of the political process. You had people holding signs saying "We are not rapists". That's pretty poignant. Trump has called these people terrible things and they are defending themselves. They have the right to do that.
