Maybe OH is voting for him to get rid of him.
That's putting it politely.

Both Rubio and Kasich are lightweights, but at least Rubio's damage is limited to instilling indifference. Kasich pisses me off every time he opens his mouth. Cannot stand the man.

Not really.

"...But it's not just about momentum; it's about delegates. Ohio's 66 delegates could significantly affect Trump's path to a majority of delegates (as could a whole host of other winner-take-all states, Florida included, but Ohio looks to be the closest right now). If Trump wins both Florida and Ohio on Tuesday, they wrote, he will need to win 54 percent of the remaining bound delegates to clinch the nomination. But if Kasich somehow pulls out an Ohio win (and Trump still wins Florida, as expected), Trump will need to win 60 percent of remaining bound delegates.)

"The Republican establishment is hoping Trump will arrive at the convention with only a plurality of delegates, rather than the majority needed to win the nomination outright. That could potentially let them block him through a contested convention. But to have a decent chance, they need someone to beat Trump in at least one big state on Tuesday. Now that Marco Rubio was blown out in Florida, that leaves Kasich as the establishment’s last best hope."

It is not wishful thinking. It is math. And it is a Yuugge deal.

Guaranteed--there are champagne corks popping among the GOP establishment as we speak. They are celebrating.

I just got through watching Kasich on the local news making a victory speech where he got heckled by some "protestors." They were probably the ones who have been going around pretending to be Trump supporters when they're really just dumb pranksters. Kasich's response was pretty good.

"When you went to the college in the 1970s, you appreciate a good peaceful protest once in awhile."

If someone in the Republican party has to win, I would rather it be him.

Cruz is probably waiting for Missouri, the only state today that he has a chance of winning.

Anything goes at the contested convention if Mr. Trump does not win 1,237 delegates (Cruz and Kasich are not going to reach that number themselves), especially because the establishment is determined to f him over at any cost (based on what I have read so far).

99% in and Trump is winning in Missouri. Great night for Trump! Especially nice to see Illinois easily won by Trump after what happened in Chicago. How'd that work out for you moveon.org ?
