I've noticed it. In poker they call it a "tell".

It is pre-conditioned non-verbal communication:
"I don't know what you are going to say, but you are wrong unless I choose to agree with you."

Anyone who has been coached and trained to speak to interviewers knows this is a classic delaying tactic used to think up a response to something asked that is very inconvenient.

In Hillary's case, this usually means the interviewer violated the agreement not to ask certain questions in order to be granted an interview with Hillary. It's why she avoids unscripted events as much as possible.

In Hillary's case when the head shaking starts you can be guaranteed that a lie or 1/2 truth comes next, or outright dismissal of the question as nonsense, or false outrage that such a thing was raised. i.e. (Shame on You Barack Obama!)

Unfortunately those who worship her turn a deaf ear to her lies and a blind eye to her body language. And when she is called out, their only retort is to start their childish name calling. They have nothing to validate she has any qualifications to be in the Oval Office.

The CIA talking points have been shown not to have been altered by the White House.

I find it amusing that Republicans think that a civilian like the SoS is responsible for the security details of the 136 diplomatic outposts around the world, or the deployment of military assets while there is an ongoing terrorist attack (the testimonies established that the assets could not get there in time anyway, so that's moot). Anyone with any modicum of common sense would see the absurdity of all this.

Eight (8) Benghazi investigations by Republicans, yielding absolutely nothing . . . . . that should tell you all you need to know.

Mick
Because "What difference does it make?!" is who she is; those were the truest words she has ever spoken.

Waldo Kitty is correct! Coughing also plays into this allowing her time to pull herself together and calm herself down before answering so she doesn't attack the person asking a question.

The only other thing I wonder is if she has issues with listening/comprehension or maybe has a bug in her ear and is being instructed how to answer. Life support?

Of course they do. They have to. Because there is no way that anyone who has done the least little bit of critical thinking of Hillary Clinton, could possibly support her.

That or they are just plain delusional.

That's not shaking, it's called nodding.

Habitual nodding indicates false agreement or comprehension.

Head-shaking indicate disagreement or incomprehrnsion.

Wondering... why is it not considered hypocritical to make fun of the other candidates, but get upset when others make fun of your candidate?

Here are some other questions that y'all might want to take on:

Why does kasich love to eat everywhere he goes?

Why does cruz wear such horrible jeans?

Why does trump... oh, never mind, I would just get the usual buttload of 'stop picking on trump' responses if I said anything about any of his thousand and one idiosyncrasies.

The bigger question is why is Kasich such a Linkin Park fan? It's an odd fit for a middle aged man to like a band that was huge 15 years ago with middle schoolers.
