I wouldn't get too excited, this is all idle speculation. We have no idea who Trump's running mate will be and we have no idea whether Huntsman's ever got a call or anything. I haven't heard anything about him accepting either.

If it is Huntsman, you're talking about a guy who is pretty polar opposite to Trump on most issues, so he'd be an Al Gore/Lyndon Johnson type VP pick: The running mates will only barely tolerate each other.
