I was watching this clip on Hillary talking about putting the miners out of work and making up for it with an "aid" package (welfare) but would someone familiar with her rantings tell me what she meant by "Indian country"? She says it at the very end of the video clip. Is she talking about Native Americans and if so, what is she planning to do to them?
Why does the video end abruptly after she says "indian country"? How can we possibly judge the context in which she used the term?
One thing I will say about this election cycle that is positive is that conservatives who, in the past, have dismissed any suggestions of PC by others are now looking for any possible minute transgressions! I love their newly found sensitivity and tolerance. This will lead to even more PC country, as now the other half will be on board! Love this country, Bub. U-S-A, U-S-A.
Because it happens in Indian Country it is seldom reported on in MSM.
Indian Country :“Indian country means all land within the limits of any Indian reservation under the jurisdiction of the United States Government, notwithstanding the issuance of any patent, and, including rights-of-way running through the reservation, all dependent Indian communities within the borders of the United States whether within the original or subsequently acquired territory thereof, and whether within or without the limits of a state, and all Indian allotments, the Indian titles to which have not been extinguished, including rights-of-way running through the same."
Simple :
(USA) Land within an Indian reservation and all such other dependent Indian territories, and all land acquired by Indians in which tribal and federal laws normally apply and state laws do not.
Why does Hellary mention Indian Country ? Because Obama and Hellary are doing the same in Indian Country as they are in West Va. Coal is just one example how they use the EPA as a tool to promote their globalist agenda to change America and bend it like a bow to shoot arrows thru the heart of the population.
There is no limit to destroying jobs and putting people on government assistance that they will recognize.

Another mindless, thoughtless post to divert from the topic of a thread which would require some effort to become knowledgeable about.

As to your question. The answer is NO. She knows the harm of what she wants to do in "Indian Country" as evidenced by her choice of words. What she can't and will never be able to do is express herself in words that don't demean and offend Native Americans because she don't understand them and Elizabeth Warren with all her Native Blood ( joke) doesn't either.
It appears from what she is saying, before the actual words 'Indian country', that she is concerned about the people in these hart-hit areas, and it doesn't matter if it is coal country or indian country... or some other hard hit area.
The OP seems to want to make some sort of slur out of what she said by posting a clip that ends abruptly with those words. Of course, if you hate clinton, you will believe that whatever she is saying is racist and/or a lie.

Hillary had made it perfectly clear so doesn't give a rat's arse about people in coal country. Nice try
the OP doesn't really make it clear whether or not she knows what the term "Indian country" means, or if she is trying to make a point about clinton using the term. It is also clear that the video is deliberately ended just after she says those words, so nobody can tell what she meant by them.
Any false outrage about clinton or trump or anyone else using the term is pretty consistent with false outrage over the use of the term 'coal country'.
