Well, there is far more reason for the delegates to vote their conscience on not vote for a candidate under FBI criminal investigation.

I would think it is all those people who voted for Hillary Clinton. The evidence is there. They can't say they were not told, yet they still voted for her.

allegations are not evidence. And that's all there is, even after all of the millions of dollars and hundreds of hours spent investigating.

Operative word: "investigation"

See, after 8 GOP-led Congressional "investigations", nothing of substance has come out in terms of Mrs. Clinton's culpability with respect to Benghazi.

So, until and unless there is an indictment and conviction, it is just a speculation.
