Well, there is far more reason for the delegates to vote their conscience on not vote for a candidate under FBI criminal investigation.

See, after 8 GOP-led Congressional "investigations", nothing of substance has come out in terms of Mrs. Clinton's culpability with respect to Benghazi.
So, until and unless there is an indictment and conviction, it is just a speculation.
