Note:
I chose to close poll in 4 days, evidently the City-Data program
logs this as 4 complete days, not "on the 4th day"... which
could be clearer.

These are based on odds.

I added Ben Carson, as I do not believe he can be excluded.

I don't know much about Mike Pence, but from a quick glance he seems on the surface like the type of realistic running mate that Trump needs to anchor the ticket to conservative waters and not have it drift further into flip-flop rainbow land where only the wanted are granted wishes by fairies and the unicorns hold the power to crap out the funds to do everything that is desired.
