Having observed the Presidential race thus far, Duke clearly feels that the time is ripe for a run by a white supremacist.

This brings to mind an interesting question: Duke or Trump, which one comes with the most baggage?

Former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke announced Friday on his website that he plans to run for U.S. Senate in Louisiana.

"I'm proud to announce my candidacy for the United States Senate," Duke said in a video. "I believe in equal rights for all and respect for all Americans. However, what makes me different is I also demand respect for the rights and heritage of European Americans."

A registered Republican, he would be seeking an open seat vacated by Republican David Vitter.

PS - I just looked up Duke's Wikipedia page. He's only 66? He looks like he's 86! (and like he's just been fed upon by a vampire - he's putting the white in 'white'!)
