I wonder if the Democratic convention will make Roger Ailes an issue, especially as he is considered a major architect of the modern Republican Party, and because Donald Trump has praised Ailes despite mounting numbers of accusations of absolutely disgusting behavior by Ailes, and of the hostile work environment that Ailes apparently created at Fox News for female employees.
Many women, including key Millennial women, probably will note that neither Trump nor the Murdochs who control the Republican spin machine at Fox News consider Ailes' reported actions as worthy of condemnation.
Trump called Ailes, a long-time friend, a "great guy" despite the flood of creepy disclosures about Ailes and Fox News.
It's very fair to say that Trump's failure to condemn Ailes actually defines Trump's true attitudes about women, despite the "good man" platitudes lobbied on Trump by his wife and daughters at the RNC this past week.
Here are among the latest revelations about Ailes and Fox News.
Ailes made Fox News "his locker room," according to the Washington Post.
How Fox News "fired and silenced" an accomplished female reporter after she reported a graphic accusation of harassment. Ailes reportedly masterminded the network's legal strategy:

So if we can conclude Trump's true attitude towards women by his not condemning someone that has been accused of sexual harassment, we surely can conclude Hillary's attitude towards women by her constant attacks of the women that have accused Bill of sexual assault.
I don't get why Trump feels he needs to take sides on something like this just before an election, especially since all the facts have not been thoroughly vetted yet. But it's so typical of him, though, and one of the reasons why he doesn't have the temperament to be president.

Do you mean like how Obama said Trayvon Martin could have been his son, you know, the thug that it turned out that he tried to kill someone for following him.
Obama wasn't just a presidential candidate, he was the president when his made that ridiculous statement without knowing any of the facts.

Obama noted that Martin likely was stalked only because of skin color. Only racists could deny otherwise IMO.
Trayvon Martin had every right to be scared.
He's dead.
Of course, this has nothing to do with sexual harassment and institutional objectification of women at Fox News, but those who are tolerant of one form of discrimination are more likely to be tolerant of other forms of discrimination.

The majority of blame goes to the crazy George Zimmerman. But that is another topic for another day. I agree that Obama should not have made that statement when he did.

He should just not comment. He already has a demographic problem with women.
Lol. Sad? How about embarrassing? After all, Fox News is Trump's speakerphone.
It is interesting that O'Reilly was also sued for sexual harassment.
