I'd bet that Cruz is busy lining up his right wing mouthpiece career that'll pay much more than he gets as a senator.

He wants to be the next Pat Buchanan.

Trump is such a train wreck, a complete joke. Hillary lied several times over the weekend in an interview with Chris Wallace and it came out today that Iran received $400 million the day those hostages were released. Trump should be hammering Hillary and Obama over this repeatedly. Instead, he's continuing a week long argument with parents of a dead Marine and going to war with members of his own party. What a complete idiot, Cruz would be up double digits on Hillary right now.

Now that we see Trump go down in flames, maybe Cruz's backlash will subside.

I think Cruz is telling people "You see! I told you so!"

I don't like Ted Cruz. I think he is worse than Donald. At least Donald is not a totally homophobic religious fanatic like Cruz.

I think they are both scum but nothing was wrong with Cena's non-support of Trump. Not the first time a political party wasn't united behind their candidate, won't be the last either.

Kaisch?!? There are another 13 ( minus Carson, Jindal and Trump himself) who should be down on the floor with everybody else.

Another liberal thread started.
And ended.

Cruz's political career is finished. I actually wanted him over Trump, but after what he did I'm glad he pulled out with his tail between his legs.

He's not liked by the Republican establishment and by those of us who expected him to not go back on his word to back whoever the Republican nominee is. My biggest fear of this whole election is that of the left wing nut jobs that will slither on to the Supreme Court for the next 30+ years. Our country, that has survived so much over the last 250 years, will be doomed as we regress into a 3rd world socialist country where everyone is equally poor and dependent on the government for our basic needs. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. It will be an eventual reality as fewer and fewer working people have to support countless more people without educations and/or lacking any work ethic.

Here here!!! But I was thinking about this in late April before the guy I voted for in the primary (Cruz) dropped out of the race in early May. I tried my best to warn them about this!
