Unlike the other Bushes.... And recall his mother is a Colombian Hispanic.

Donald P. Bush, breaks the family line and endorses Donald Trump | Daily Mail Online

It should be George P. Bush. Daily Mail messed up the name big time!!

His mom is from Mexico. That's where Jeb met his wife. Not Columbia.

Who cares about this corrupt family? They need to take their fortune and leave us all alone. The bushes have a long history of corruption.

It's interesting because the Bush family in general are not Trump fans, yet George P has endorsed. It's just curiosity.

He's just looking forward to 2018 when he is likely planning a run against Cruz. Although given Trumps lack of popularity in Texas it's a risky move. Actually it's risky regardless because Cruz is not all that popular anyway and the Bushes are worshipped as near demi gods in Texas. He doesn't need the momentum of Trump to beat Cruz. If Trump goes down in crashing flames then anyone related to his campaign will become persona non grata. The only other thing I can think about it is maybe he is using this to garner free publicity for himself is all.

Actually, this article says that he has not endorsed him but encourages Republicans to get behind Trump to defeat Hillary. It shows maturity.

https://www.texastribune.org/2016/08...s-support-him/

As far as Cruz, his campaign and those behind him did some "dirty" politics to get him elected, so I think he is finished in TX. Cruz is the GOP Clinton when it comes to deceit. Hopefully, there will be a trend of calling out and kicking out those that engage in "dirty" politics.

Like the Bushes? Or the Clintons? Or Chris Christie?

Last time we had two truly honorable men as president back to back was Ford and Carter. And people decided they wanted Presidents with some fight to them after that.

You are all correct! Mexican, that's even more relevant isn't it?
